Last week started amazing with a 3-day trip to Paris with my sweet mom. She's never been to Paris and this time it was time to her one of my favorite cities. Of course we went on the road for some sightseeing but also I couldn't wait to show her my favorite places to shop and the eat. And yes, I couldn't resist to act like a true tourist this time. Despite the bad weather we had the best time in Paris and hopefully I will be back soon.}

_{When I have events, meetings or other work-related stuff in Amsterdam, it's nice to just get a hotelroom and stay a day and night in a great hotel where I can work, blog and relax. Last week the boy and I headed to Park Plaza Airport Hotel to attend the PIOGG show (more about that later) and the day after I had some meetings, like with O My Bag. As you may have seen here I'm already familiar with Park Plaza Hotels and I couldn't wait to check this one out. When we arrived we dropped our luggage and headed directly to the fashion show and after this it was time to relax and I took a well derserved bath. The next morning I couldn't wait to have some breakfast and I was totally blown away by the many things I could choose from. My boyfriend and I ate so much we weren't hungry until 4PM and skipped lunch - whoops! I really can recommend this hotel when you need to catch a flight the next morning or just want to relax outside the hectic city centre of Amsterdam.}

This month - which is almost over -  started for me in Paris for Fashion Week together with my blogger buddie Daniella. You already could read about the Issey Miyake show, part 1 and 2 of my Paris diaries, outfits (see here & here), some streetstyle and Paris hotspots. Besides taking picture I always like to shoot video snapshots to edit them afterwards. _{While the wind howled outside I had the best experience inside of one of the whirlpool suites of Park Plaza Hotel that's situated at the Vondelpark in Amsterdam. They invited me to experience their hotel and spend the night after a busy Saturday afternoon at the NSMBL Super Sale. Which room I'd get was still a surprise for me, but when I entered my suite my jaw dropped on the floor. Oh gosh, the room had two floors, the biggest bubble bath I've seen and the room itself was big enough for a good party. I'm really a down-to-earth person so I really had to pinch myself to know if this was real. Because of the fact that we're so blown away by the room we didn't wanted to brave the cold and so we ordered roomservice (for the first time ever) with a delicious burger and fries. After this it was of course time to jump in the whirlpool and afterwards we slept like roses in our bed under a starry sky (of lights). The next morning it was time for a much needed breakfast with everything I could wish for - with eggs, salmon, donuts and so much more. This stay was perfect for me to relax, escape from reality and some quality time with the boy. What does a girl need more...}
